When Irish Eyes Are Smiling

March 17, 2010

Happy St. Patrick’s Day to all you lads and lassies out there.

My husband and I went to Ireland on our honeymoon in October of 2005.  We flew into Dublin and picked up a car and then drove across country staying in B&B’s on the way when we found somewhere we wanted to stop.  We ended up in Shannon and flew home from there.  It was a fun adventure!

Thought it would be fun to post a few pics from our special Irish honeymoon in honor of St. Patrick’s Day.  Hope you enjoy!

Happy St. Patrick’s Day, Courtney! And thanks for sharing your pictures of the “auld sod!” They’re lovely. (The Blarney Stone one reminds me of a card I saw this year, of people in line to kiss the Blarney Stone, and one person chiding the person at the stone: “No tongue!” 😉
