Happy Holidays everyone! It is Monday morning and I’m back in action!

It has been a busy couple of days…I got in some workouts, some baking, some cooking and lots of family time.

Here’s a recap in pictures:

I made oatmeal/chocolate chip/craisin bars and homemade spinach dip rolled up in puff pastry as an appetizer.

We got a lot of snow over the last few days and the squirrels and birdies on my deck appreciated the seed!

My bro got my dad the best present of the weekend, “Are You Hungry Tonight” fave recipes of Elvis!! So awesome!

    and i love it when puppies take up all the space on the couch! makes me miss mine (tiny) dogs. they still manage to take up all the room!
