Quickie and Challenge #1

I’m on my way out the door for my CPR/AED class but I wanted to jump on quick and encourage everyone to check out my post below about my Healthy Life Challenge!! 

Since we are starting on a Wednesday, I’m going to make the first challenge easy.

#1) Drink at least 6 cups of water every day this week, more if you are active.

#2) Be active for at least 20 minutes every day this week.  You can walk, dance, run, jump rope, bike, anything y0u want! Don’t have 20 minutes? Split it up into 2 ten minute segments.  While you are watching tv…just one 30 minute sitcom would cover your activity.

Update me as often as you want and let me know how you are doing!  I will check back later after my class.
